How can I manage my bookings/book the remaining sessions in my package?
After booking a session/package, you will receive an appointment confirmation email. This email would contain a unique link to access your dashboard where you can directly manage your bookings or book the remaining sessions in your package.
On your first visit to your dashboard, it would require you to set your password.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon-Thur: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Fri-Sun: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund will be granted for cancellations greater than 24 hours of your reservation start time. Only a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations within 24-hours of your reservation start time.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival does not qualify you for extended time or a refund.
We are a shoe and barefoot free center. This means that you cannot enter the EESystem room wearing shoes or barefoot. Please prepare to come with comfortable socks or clean indoor slippers to wear during your session. We may have socks to offer, but they are subject to availability.
Pets may be permitted at our center, but it’s subject to our discretion depending on the type of pet, their size, overall demeanor and if they shed. Please inquire with us before bringing any pets to the center.
Children of all ages are welcome at our center. However, please ensure that they remain calm and quiet during the sessions so they do not interrupt your neighbors that will be in a relaxing, meditative state.
Please be courteous to your neighbors by remaining quiet, having your phones, laptops and ipads with dimmed brightness and on silent and avoid using anything that may pose as a distraction.
