Vibration Through Sound with Mattan Sharvit

Join us on Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30 PM for an immersive sound healing experience with our special guest, Mattan Sharvit. The experience will take place for 2 hours in our 24-unit Energy Enhancement system ($120 Value) and will include an Opening Conversation followed by a Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Vocalization and Sound Healing. Mattan expresses the experience as follows:

The Sound Meditation Journey: We will teach you about the art of listening and help you develop self-observation skills. We will guide you through an active meditation practice to open space and to calm the mind.

The Sound Journey is comprised of five parts:

Informative Talk: Marique and Mattan will discuss sound, silence, science, and everything in between. We will prepare your mind and body for the coming experience.

Breathwork: Inspired by Stanislav Grof’s holotropic breath work, a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment that relies on our innate inner wisdom.

Vocal Practice: Our voice is one of our best tools for mediation practice. We will guide you through the unique vocalization of your own instrument, to explore different frequencies within your body and voice. The vocal practice will help you enter a more profound mediation and awareness state.

The Sound: Each of our instruments has been chosen carefully; we will play various overtone-emitting instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, and more. This part of the ceremony will guide you to a deep mediative and introspective state and help you discover higher consciousness awareness.

Mattan is a well renowned Sound Healing and Meditation Practitioner who was featured on the WSJ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0ZBJT7KMOs). Mattan does most of his work in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Los Angeles and we’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to bring his talents out to our center in Long Island to share his unique experience with our audience and local community!
